Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made online through our booking platform. Full payment of R250 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment without any penalty. 3. Service Delivery: The service will be conducted online via a video conferencing platform. Clients are encouraged to prepare any materials or content they wish to discuss during the session. 4. Confidentiality: All information shared during the session will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent. 5. Liability: While we strive to provide the best service, we are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the promotional features provided. 6. Feedback: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback after the session to help us improve our services.
